Dr. Morgan is amazing, not only is she so smart, she’s also relatable. She puts things into perspective and explains things in such an easy to understand way. This podcast has it all, the actual science behind what she teaches and the real tools for how to accomplish them. I feel like I get more out of listening to things podcast than I do going to therapy!! I honestly feel like this is such important work that she’s doing and everyone could benefit from it! Not only for romantic relationships, but any type of relationship!!
I found Dr. Morgan’s podcast after working with another coach that made me realize that I am the common denominator that is causing me to be unsuccessful in dating and relationships. It was very painful and Dr. Morgan’s podcast gives me hope. It is a balance of helpful advice, compassion and a little tough love sprinkled throughout. You should check it out and the ESL program. I believe it is helping me grow and show up differently!
I started listening to Let’s Get Vulnerable June 2024 and find the episodes so helpful. Dr. Morgan give great examples and advice on how you can change your emotional wiring to be a healthy secure person. I am working to get there and this podcast has been the reason I have decided to make a change. I highly recommend adding this podcast to your playlist.
