if you haven’t tuned into kristin cavallari’s let’s be honest yet, stop what you’re doing and dive in. this podcast is a masterclass in unapologetic authenticity, and i am obsessed with kristin’s “villain era” in the best way possible.
from the first episode, it’s clear that kristin is done playing by anyone else’s rules, and it’s wildly refreshing. she speaks with a raw honesty that’s rare to find, peeling back the layers of societal expectations and letting us see the real her. it’s not just entertaining, it’s empowering. her willingness to talk openly about life, love, ambition, and even her missteps feels like a permission slip for women everywhere to just exist as they are, without apology.
kristin’s humor and sharp insight keep the episodes engaging, but it’s her vulnerability and boldness that stick with you long after. she’s not afraid to say what needs to be said, even if it ruffles a few feathers, and honestly, that’s the energy we all need.
whether you’re a longtime fan of hers or just looking for a podcast that feels like a deep, unfiltered conversation with your boldest friend, let’s be honest is it. kristin is redefining what it means to be a strong, independent woman, and i, for one, am here for every second of it.

Thank you for the amazing addictions episode with Jason & Ashley! It was such an honest, authentic & helpful talk about this tricky disease. I am a social worker & I work in the mental health field, specializing in women’s Eating disorders & addictions. It’s so important to support & educate others & to share resources out there to help people & their loved ones who are struggling. The best part was that it gave others HOPE that recovery is possible & not to give up! ❤️

I recently stumbled upon Kristin's podcast and was immediately drawn in by her unapologetic honesty and lack of filter. It's refreshing to see someone who is willing to share their life in such a raw and authentic way. I find it amusing that there are some who listen to her podcast solely to judge her life decisions - I mean, seriously, get a grip! Kristin, keep doing what you're doing and ignore the haters. Your candidness is what sets you apart and keeps me coming back for more. Cheers to living life on your own terms!

I love your podcast! It makes me laugh, you are so vulnerable and honest and of course love your episodes with Justin. I feel the joy in the room with y’all together! Love hearing about your growth journey and also loved the dating advice episodes even though I’m a happily married late thirties girl. You are such a supporter of women!

As someone who suffers from mental illness, I’m deeply insulted by the reductionist views expressed on this podcast from a so-called celebrity psychiatrist. It’s notable that he provides no legitimate references, not even in the show notes, to back up his pseudoscience. To suggest that our diet, falling off a tree, or even more ludicrously our cell phones might be causing serious mental illness is absurd and debunked by every major medical association, yet this podcast goes through great lengths to give this man a platform and make him appear legitimate without offering any additional information. This is disgraceful.

I usually enjoy Kristin and Justin chatting about her life and dating adventures but as soon as she started bringing on these misogynistic dating and quack health “experts”, I had to take a break. Not using sunscreen/block is super dangerous and puts you at risk of skin cancer. Period. Please bring on evidence-based health experts and empowering dating coaches!
