I love the roster that is pulled together every show. Under JKB’s deft hand, everyone takes turns to share hilarious stories that are sometime humiliating, but not cringey, and when it is called for, there is so much grace for a truly icky experience while maintaining humor and reclaiming dignity. I love love love!

I think Joel has an amazing voice and is an incredible host. I love his tempo and he gets down to business, he made it his own show and it’s catchy, great friendly chemistry between him and the guests (I felt like the other host, Marie, was unnecessarily hostile to some guests at one point) and the added Speed dates are amazing as well, extra content is always a huge plus. I also miss Jameela Jamil and her accent and knowledge but I think Joel really did a great job picking it up. I wish the episodes were longer!!

I loved the pod with Jameela Jamil. But with the subsequent hosts, the quality has decreased dramatically. The stories used to be funny and a little heartwarming. Now they’re crass and cringy. Joel Kim Booster has brought the funny down so much and the crude comments up too much. I no longer have this pod on my must listen to list. ☹️
