This Podcast brings to light the dark side of what many of us experience and witness during our careers. Not only are these stories brutally honest but absolutely necessary to be shared. FedUp serves as not only a voice of the employees who have been wronged, broken and bullied but also a platform for which their experiences can be validated. You matter. We matter. What we endure matters. Our voices will be heard, changes must follow!

It’s considered normal to become conditioned to the toxicity of working conditions that often exist within USPS. Those conditions include cliques and domineering bosses. That doesn’t mean it’s healthy and acceptable. As a retired USPS worker, Ron tells it like it is from his experiences and gives us a view of why necessary changes need to be made. He asks his guests all the right questions, and their answers often prove that changes can and will be made.
