Andrew's voice is great for a podcast. He's a good story teller. He does not read his cases. Thankfully! So many podcasters do and it's boring and monotone. I also appreciate that the background music isn't loud and doesn't compete with the hosts voice. This podcast also does a good job with subtly using sound effects that add to the story rather than detract.

When you combine an excellent presenter with well-researched content told in a perfectly modulated voice you come out with the finest podcast!
The material is always interesting and the presentation is never scattered with mispronunciations or outright mistakes due to shoddy research.

I like this podcast but it is very distracting when names/places are pronounced incorrectly. It happens fairly frequently. Also, sometimes the research seems lacking. Details on very well known cases are incorrect, which makes me think maybe the episodes are a little rushed. But the narrators voice is great and I like the storytelling style!

The narrating voice is smooth and calming as you listen to disturbing tales. Hard not to become fully immersed.

Just listened to episode 57 about Kali Ann Poulton and was very disappointed that the host didn’t even pronounce her name correctly. He called her “Cali” (it’s pronounced KAY-LEE) and said her last name was Poulter. Otherwise decent summary of the basic facts of the case but kind of seemed like he read the Wikipedia page and that was it.
