Don't Think with Carla Bezanson

by Dear Media

Don’t Think is your weekly overthinking support group disguised as a podcast - hosted by Carla Bezanson, known for spiraling in her car and saying what everyone else is too embarrassed to admit. In short, she’s anxiety personified. This isn’t another polished self help show. It’s brutally honest, darkly funny, and sometimes a little unhinged. From dating anxiety to mental health spirals, Don’t Think turns emotional chaos into catharsis. It’s not just relatable, it’s real. If you’ve ever texted someone a paragraph and then thrown your phone across the room, welcome home. New episodes every Thursday.

What listeners say

A curated, balanced selection of Apple Podcasts reviews.

The way you describe/compare things with having anxiety & the weird places it takes your mind are so spot on. I thoroughly enjoy you & your humor!❤️

Way2Mysterious · Sep 2025

I have never had someone so accurately depict the actual thought processes that go on in my brain. The want, no need to be liked by all. The constant feeling of rejection and unworthiness. I found Ms. Carly’s reels so relatable in a time where I felt there were little to no people to whom I could actually relate to. When I found out she was starting a podcast I was beyond excited! She is killing it already! Thank you Carly for making me feel less alone in my daily battles. 💕

Britt Britt104 · Sep 2025

One of the hardest parts of existing is that other people will reject you - mostly for confusing reasons. It’s not usually a problem you can “fix.” Carla takes us on her personal journey of rejection and her trademark coping skills - humor, analysis, and a satisfying, cathartic old fashioned dis of the people who do us dirty. This show is funny, heartfelt and vulnerable, and a full pot of tea. Love it!

Finndepot · Sep 2025

Came here to support Carla’s new thing but got so much more from it than I thought. It’s nice to have a real person talk about real mental issues so candidly. I hide my issues from the world and on the inside it is crushing. Thanks for opening up and being someone we crazies can relate to.
