I am a Navy veteran, and while this is geared more towards active duty personnel, this is a solid, practical podcast for both the civilian and military sectors. The conversations are interesting and engaging, the leadership lessons instructive, and the books referenced so far are definitely worth adding to your reading list (if you haven’t read them already). Well done.

I don’t always agree with what the guests may say but the conversations are incredibly thought provoking and provide a variety of viewpoints that you may not have thought of before. The hosts do a great job moderating. Highly recommend!

I feel like I’ve become a better officer listening to the podcast. My favorite part is hearing what everyone’s reading. I wish the show notes had what each person recommended though.
