by Nat Vikitsreth
Are you looking for ways to practice social justice in your daily parenting and nurture your child’s development while re-parenting your inner child? You’re in the right place. I'm Nat Nadha Vikitsreth, a decolonized and licensed clinical psychotherapist, somatic abolitionist, and founder of Come Back to Care. I created this podcast for you because I deeply honor your commitment to raising your child with intention and integrity. In this podcast, we explore how social justice, child development sciences, parenting, and inner child re-parenting intersect with one another. In each episode, we turn down the volume of oppressive social norms and outdated family patterns so that we can hear our inner voice and raise our children by our own values too. Please visit https://www.comebacktocare.com/podcast to view the episode show notes and transcripts. Let's re-imagine parenting to be deeply decolonized and intentionally intergenerational. I'm wholeheartedly grateful that you're here.

I’m sharing Nat’s work with everyone I come across on my parenting journey! Nat’s work feels like a compass for navigating new territory in building the world I want to live in…a world built around the rhythms of the human nervous system and the planet’s ecosystem. It’s a model I can practice living into daily, with the gifts I already have been given, by joining this intentional community into which Nat so beautifully invites us.
I find Nat’s podcasts and her work in general refreshing, empowering and deeply validating. Nat’s work has suported my connection with my self, nature and with others. I am grateful for her invitations that constantly increase my understanding of and curiosity about my body reactions in relation to our our social context and of the state of the world. I am also inspired by the call to action and the many examples of ways in which we can get involved. I think often about transforming rage into generative paths for collective service. Nat’s work has increased my awareness about my moments of paralysis, what I am already doing for justice, and what I could further do. Thank you Nat for your service!
What a gift! Nat brings her whole heart and deep embodies knowledge to every part of her work and this podcast is no different. Too many jewels to count! Thank you for all that you do ❤️
