Jaylin Knight · Oct 2023

Talking with Denise on the Relaxation Lounge was a joy for me. In our time together, I was appreciative of how we engaged around our own personal experiences in life, as we find our way to live beyond the modern norms that make burning out and living a life that feels disconnected and detached from our joy, easy. When we are able to slow down inside of ourselves — which does not come easy in this rapid pace world — it takes courage and resolve to turn in and find our own source of wisdom and guidance. That is the turning point in our life.
