I’ve followed your podcast for a few months, but only listened to my first episode when I saw the “anxious attachment” title. I’ve listened to the series now, and I want to thank you for quite literally saving my life. I cried through most of them, listened more than once, and took many notes. I knew very little about attachment styles before a year ago. I’m in my 30s and hope your younger audience members listen to this series! I could’ve saved myself a world of hurt had I known about this in my 20s. Thank you so much, please do more on this subject if possible.

Alex your awesome! I appreciate the open and honest conversations. Sometimes they’re hard conversations, and it’s exhilarating to hear them being talked about in a time where so many people are sometimes afraid to talk about taboo subjects. My daughter and I will listen to these and it leads to really great conversations about puberty and sexuality and it’s so exciting to know I’m raising a confident and secure young lady, and your podcast is one of the tools. Your kindness with your celebrities is also refreshing. I love when a celebrity says they’re not wanting to go into something that you are comfortable with that and professionally step into something else. It’s something so many journalists don’t do these days. Congrats on your success.

I’m still really down about the fact that she dismissed anyone diagnosed with celiac. I was just diagnosed after my daughter was born when I couldn’t control my anemia and my thyroid meds stopped working. My doctor ran the test only after I advocated for having it checked. The social stigma with the disease is something I’ll have to live with my whole life, and her adding her uneducated opinions about it just makes it that much worse. I hope she can educate herself about this disease and have empathy for those who have to live with this for the rest of their lives.

I’ve tried listening to 2 episodes and both have terrible volume quality. If you turn it up loud enough to hear the guest it sounds like Alex is yelling in your ear. I listen to other podcasts that don’t have this issue. Truly don’t understand the hype for this one.
