Easily the most enjoyable F1 podcast. The combo of Meg and Spanners makes for an incredibly enjoyable and informative F1 pod. Meg provides the hardcore F1 journalism and Spanners, the hot takes, brilliant insights, and zero Mercedes bias.

The best F1 podcast I've found. Spanners and Meg do a great job previewing/recapping. Their conversation and banter comes across as very natural and I love how they can get into the minutiae of each race, techincal details etc... while still keeping things light.

I feel like all good podcasts have one grounded, relatable host and one opinionated, off the wall 'guest' and this show has really found that balance with Meg and Spanners. I really appreciate Meg asking the questions Im thinking about and Spanners is my favorite old school f1 uncle telling me how it used to be.

This is a must listen for any F1 fan. I especially enjoy the race recaps with Spanners. He brings so much inside knowledge to the show

I don’t know how Meg does it. Spanners never fails to remind her how long he has been watching F1, implicitly highlighting his superior fandom as compared to newer fans. He also never misses an opportunity to belittle Meg’s commentary. He is a completely ungracious subject matter expert, and spoils their potential chemistry as a result. Spanners has caused me to no longer listen to this pod. Check out BBC’s Chequered Flag for professional, collegial commentary!
