What listeners say

A curated, balanced selection of Apple Podcasts reviews.

The order of podcast uploads is in reverse order, meaning Hour 4 is the top of the list and Hour 1 is the bottom. Hitting play from the top of the list (or any hour for that matter) will result in the show being played backwards. For instance, the end of Hour 1 Monday rolls directly into Hour 4 Friday from the prior week. This makes it difficult to sequentially follow each day’s show without manually having to set a playing order. Sometimes this isn’t easily possible when operating from CarPlay, etc.. It would be great if the Hour 1 :: Hour 4 segments are uploaded in a reverse order to have a better user experience and play in order.

I love Paul but the audio is terrible on his podcast. Severe popping when there is a guest on the phone. The worst though Is the audio level on the podcast is maybe a 5, but mid conversation with caller or guest an annoying commercial just pops in with a level 10 audio. It literally makes me want to boycott the sponsors and donate my time to mix the audio properly.

Love the show, listen to the podcast at least a few times a week ( mainly interviews to do with something out west) but love hearing a perspective from outside of my region( Herm Edwards interview this time) We all know SEC is cfb King. But I feel my ducks aren’t far off. Love coach Cristobal and feel like fans in the south feel like it’s a given he will come back soon when a job opens up but I’m not as sure. Love a national perspective and just want to say your not as crazy as they make you seem. Go Ducks and love the show!

5_0_3 · Mar 2020

I absolutely love this sports show when Paul is hosting and he gives the audience applicable headlines and gives his best takes. The callers also make the show really interesting when it’s not subjugated to an argument between callers that have nothing to do with sports. But I cannot listen in to the show when Matt Jones is hosting. Very biased, rude and does not give callers a "fair shake".

SouthernCuzzin · May 2019

This media product shamelessly uses an insidious style of subterfuge to effect the outcomes of national sporting competitions. This show has a voice that constantly props up certain brands and belittles other brands. The show is pure bias. I’m sure the host understands his task given to him by the division of the Walt Disney Corporation he works for. The host of this show used his platform to help spur negative public opinion of a football program for the entire 2023 college football season and efforts such as his robbed deserving student athletes of what they earned, all in the name of corporate interest.
