I don’t just listen to this podcast — I study it. I’ll find a single episode and come back to it five times, sometimes more. That’s how much depth there is here. What makes The Knowledge Project different is the host, Shane Parrish. I’ve heard the same guests on other podcasts, but here, they go further — they think deeper and share more. What impresses me most is the consistency and level of preparation. Many podcasts have a great episode here and there, but this one delivers at a high level again and again. Shane doesn’t just interview, he elevates the conversation. These feel like career-defining episodes for his guests — and we get to benefit from that. I’ve listened to a lot of podcasts over the years, and this one is a level up for people who are serious. The depth is rare, and it’s a true standout.
I love your podcast. The content, guests and thoughtfulness of your interviews are top notch. I’d like to suggest an improvement. The host’s is very muffled and quiet much of the time. The guests are always well-mic’ed and clear, but the host’s voice is too quiet. Please improve the loudness and general audio quality of the host. Thanks, keep up the great content!
Such a wide variety of leaders from many walks of life and straightforward conversations making the ideas easily available to a common man! Shane is truly committed to helping the masses take these proven models and apply it in their lives!
Every episode I learn something knew even when I think I know a lot about that topic and the best part of being a member is getting Shane’s insights and access to the transcript- membership has its benefits
While this podcast used to be pretty good, recent efforts to ramp up the auditory appeal are try-hard and annoying. This is especially prominent in the Outliers series, where Shane’s overwhelming effort to sound lively is exhausting and too full of effort for his natural range. Also, anytime the guest has a psychology background, the episode is basically, “ listen to Shane get free therapy about all his and only his problems” which is awkward and boring.
