This is an excellent podcast for many different reasons: first, you get to hear first hand, how your commissioners think, their positions on issues, and their general attitude toward providing excellent service to the community. Secondly, it lets you know a lot about how county government actually works and not only the challenges they face each day, but their many accomplishments. thirdly it is a good study of community dynamics, controversial issues, nuts, and bolts operations, and all the moving parts it takes to make the county function.
