What listeners say

A curated, balanced selection of Apple Podcasts reviews.

I’ve been listening to Tara Brach for about 8 years, the talks helped a lot through some really trying times. Can’t recommend enough.

Pod_hero_Tash · Apr 2025

I don’t have a meditation practice (yet) but listening to Tara’s talks and meditations feels like a warm hug, and really helps center me. She has a great sense of humor too.

GsCO719 · Feb 2025

Thank you Tara! Every day I listen to your podcast. I meditate , I reflect and listen to your wise words. I share your podcasts with my friends and loved ones too. And you inspired me to get a dog. I lost my beloved poodle in 2019, so it was a long time before I decided on acquiring another pet. But you inspired me (and you got a puppy)! We found an older 4 year old labradoodle that needed a home. Your pup must be several years old by now. Thank you and keep sharing the wisdom of ages and I even love your jokes!!!

denissiae · Feb 2025

Tara has been so instrumental to my meditation practice. As a fellow therapist, I send her podcasts to clients all the time. She is the real deal! Grateful for her work.
