A curated, balanced selection of Apple Podcasts reviews.

Lovedddd using these episodes the day before I sat for Step1. It helped sooo much, especially the heart sounds pneumonics! Now I have day 2 of Step (accommodations) coming up next week and can’t wait to listen to more review episodes. Please do an episode on meningitis common bugs. Great work, keep this podcast going!

I am OBSESSED with Spoonful of Sugar!! This podcast is my favorite in-house exam prep resource to date. It is so engaging to listen to the episodes and challenge myself to respond to Ria’s questions, and I have selected numerous correct answers based on remembering Spoonful of Sugar keywords. Ria (and each other guest podcaster) takes you Step by Step (pun absolutely intended) through the biochem, pathophysiology, clinical presentation, and treatment of all the most high yield conditions helping listeners learn information AND synthesize it AND remember it long term. Though I have yet to take Step 1 or COMLEX Level 1, I know this podcast will have been a monumental resource, purely based on my reliance upon it during in-house exams. INCREDIBLE podcast!!

For commutes/cooking etc, these episodes are so good to put on and passively study with! I really appreciate the time and effort the podcaster puts into this.
