“Rattled” is a podcast about the moments when new parenthood shakes you. It’s for new, expecting, and first-time parents navigating pregnancy, postpartum, and life with a newborn — parents who are second-guessing themselves, their choices, and their identity. In each episode, Dr. Becky and the Good Inside team will slow things down, tackle one honest yet difficult question, and hear from listeners about the emotional reality of the transition into parenthood.

I love listening to Rattled each week AND please include an episode on Postpartum Psychosis. New parents should not be surprised by this- it is highly treatable and the more we talk about it, the less stigma it carries. I have been so happy to see episodes on PPD, PPA, and even Postpartum OCD… but please don’t forget PPP. I had it and never saw it coming. I wish I had known this was something that could have happened.
I am trying to have a baby soon and am trying to mentally prepare as much as possible. This podcast has been so comforting as it addresses all my fears and more. Conversations on what to expect postpartum when it comes to self identity are lacking! This is amazing thank you!!!!
I enjoy listening to the new mom experiences. They are true, honest and helpful to know others have had similar experiences.
