The content discussed is relevant and helpful to my thinking about the world of work. The topics and guests are well chosen and the questions asked are well thought out. The problem is Kim’s continuous interjections. I get that she wants to show how she relates to what’s being said, but it makes it hard for me as a listener to clearly hear what is being said. More accurately, it makes it harder to listen to. Suggestion: Kim, record a few minutes talking about how you connect to the topic, anecdotes from your life, and/or what it makes you think of and put it at the end of a episode as closing thoughts/takeaways.
Loved the Radical Book and was excited for a podcast. I’m in HR and this really helped me on different ways I can also apply their tips and advice
The Radical Candor and Radical Respect podcasts provided incredible guidance as I navigated difficult workplace situations. I have felt seen and cared for through the various stories and scenarios, but most importantly, I have not felt as alone and isolated in what I experienced. Thank you to the entire Radical team for the dedication to this podcast! Grateful for you!
Love the format for setting up the topic followed by discussion from different perspectives, and how to approach the solution. My favorite part is the summary presented in the form of tips.
