I look forward to Legal Docket because I learn much about America’s legal system- like today “a judge’s job is to decide on law, a jury’s job is to decide on facts”, and the explanation how this SC supported the trial judge in its deciding opinion, based on The Constitution not on the Appeal’s Court preference, all is so fascinating to me. My son is an attorney in Virginia and your program keeps me alert to the language-court-speak he might use at the bench, explaining many Latin terms, besides feeding the appreciation I have for America’s judicial system. Each season provides me with fresh insight and coverage of current cases and the impact that they are likely to have on my business and the ministry that I am a part of. It’s extremely helpful in letting me know the direction the wind is blowing as I seek to navigate.

The show on John Henry Ramirez was extremely well-researched and provocative. I listened on October 19. I then Googled to see if he was executed on October 5. He was. I was saddened yet relieved that justice was done. Thanks for a moving broadcast.

Takes the lofty place of the Supreme Court and brings it right into our living room with no compromise of the very serious issues at stake in each case. I wait for it every week.
