I have been listening daily since the beginning of Lael’s ride and it’s a lovely way to begin the day. In the time the ride started, my 2 1/2 year has learned how to climb out of her crib, so now climbs out of her crib and comes into our room and we have ‘Story time with Lael and Rue’ and we all get to listen about their adventures, hardships and beautiful interactions with other humans and nature. I can’t imagine how much work it is to put out a daily podcast-so thank you for this and thanks to both of you for being amazing role models for toddlers and adults.

My family actually got the chance (of a lifetime!) to join Lael on day 2 of her incredible journey as she passed though our tiny town in Ohio. It’s an absolute treat to listen as she progresses towards her goal of Around the World and it has become even more fun to listen to as she describes all that she’s seeing and experiencing. Its nearly impossible to believe as she’s passing by the sea in Istanbul that it was only one month ago she was passing through cornfields here in Ohio. I make it a point every day to listen to get adventures for the day, as it brings a window to the world r into my little phone. I can’t wait to hear about Australia next! Keep pedaling, Lael, the whole world is cheering you on!
