Loved this. It really shows you how cold cases work, how people follow them, why they don’t get solved and what stands in the way.

Don’t understand people complaining about the pacing of the show. The show takes time to unpack evidence, dig into the background of suspects and investigators, and tell the story of how discoveries happened. It helps the listener feel more connected. I’m invested, can’t wait to hear where they end up.

Granted I’m from NJ so this is particularly interesting to me, but the story itself is captivating. Each episode I’m more pulled in to the story. Well done and narrated. A+ four true crime podcast.

The journalistic investigation into an old murder case in Princeton digs through old information with a personal touch. I found myself really wanting the victim to finally get justice through the sincere efforts of these two. Good narration as well.

Probably could have been one of he best true crime podcast but there was no analysis or explanation of possible motives within the family or outside of the family. It seems just overly wrought explanation of possible suspects and it seemed way more focused on the detectives and their lives. After episode 2 i was already checked out. Dont waste your time…

This podcast is quite the disappointment after listening to “Father wants us dead”. There’s nothing to it apart from warmed over rumors and innuendo. Presenting it in the voices of giddy teenagers rehearsing for a school play, does not do the show any favors either.
