August 21 episode with Valerie was amazing. I immediately downloaded the Kindle book and have had a hard time putting it down much like listening to every episode of this podcast. Matt and Seaton are extremely real with their conversations and I have enjoyed every episode, Murdaugh related or not.

Absolutely love this podcast! Have followed and listened from the beginning! You always bring factual, honest, and diplomatic commentary! It’s refreshing to listen to. The other podcast with this story should take some lessons from you. Their sarcasm and arrogance ruined their podcast and I can no longer listen to it. I am captivated with this story and appreciate your take on it!

I really enjoy this podcast and this episode with Valerie Bauerlein is one of the best! So many new details about the Murdaughs and Alex’s victims. I’m looking forward to reading the book.

It’s hilarious reading the reviews that say this podcast is biased because literally every one is mad that they aren’t taking the side they’re on. I actually think it’s petty clear that they both think he’s guilty but the fact that they even give the other side a chance to speak makes them biased?! Also they challenge a lot of their guests but I guess they’re just not as aggressive as some people want? They’re both very open about the fact that they’re learning as they go, open to feedback, and not perfect. That’s actually my favorite thing about this podcast. It’s real, and yet still doesn’t feel amateur bc they clearly put a ton of work into it and take it very seriously. Keep doing you guys! But Matt, maybe just try to interrupt less. That’s coming from a place of understanding bc I’m an interrupter but I’ve learned that if I try to be really conscious about it, I can control it.

I came across this podcast through another podcast I listen to. It was about Kaden Moses. The unhinged and insensitive way the male host had the MOTHER relive what she discovered after her son shot himself. I had to turn it off when he told her “if I ask anything that gets to be too much, you don’t have to answer” and callously described a “crunch and plop” regarding Kaden’s mother’s experience moving his head. Are you kidding me? Super insensitive and sounds like he’s going for shock and gore porn. You should be ashamed of yourself.
