What listeners say

A curated, balanced selection of Apple Podcasts reviews.

Every Thursday, I get excited about another episode of Home Grown. Very informative but grounded in practical information (and a bit of humor), listening is a weekly highlight. Both speakers have a lovely podcast presence. I find a lot of the content applicable to the US, but my favorite thing is that the content isn’t just for people with estate gardens or large backyards. Added bonus is that it’s very “clean,” so I can listen with kids in the car.

I love this podcast! It’s suitable for intro level gardeners but I (as an intermediate gardener) always learn lots too! Just a very nice vibe as well. I love hearing about Martha’s mom. ♥️

I follow Martha and Jamie on social media and read their books, but I never thought I was a podcast person; I was wrong! Loved listening to my first two episodes and the catch-up binge begins now. Thank you for such informative and inspirational content! Highly recommend

Anna HMed · May 2026

Home Grown is my go to podcast to feel delighted while I’m doing various tasks around the house. It’s a joy to listen to Martha and Jamie. I discovered both of them in my journey of becoming more self sustainable with my garden and I absolutely love that I can enjoy more of them with this podcast. (Plus I’m an American and I sure do enjoy the British accent …so much so I start talking to myself in a British accent after I listen to this pod) ❤️
