What listeners say

A curated, balanced selection of Apple Podcasts reviews.

Each year I have a new garden crush: Claus, Jimi and now Sarah. So far no one has replaced Sarah as I learn so much from her and so appreciate her aesthetic, both the podcast and her books. My heart leaps when I see a new episode has arrived. No my own life and garden are not pathetic! I wish I had her talents, dedication and soil.

So fun discovering this show and hearing compelling interviews with gardeners I’ve followed like Joe Clark! What an absolute delight. Thank you!

Catsloverats · Jul 2025

Sarah, Arthur, Josie, and the rest of the friends have provided so much information to me as a new gardener. A couple years in, this is one I still look forward to each week. There is always so much to learn in gardening, and this has been one of my absolute favorite podcasts, even in Iowa. It was the episode about farm animals that led me to leave this, my first podcast review. Their voices are soothing and the content is just so informative and interesting. Love this one!

DeziBears · Jun 2025

Before listening to Sarah’s latest show about favorite scents for Spring, I wondered how many times spring bulbs could be reviewed - turns out, never enough! I found myself flipping through my local fall bulb catalog (I’m in the US) and circled the daffodils she mentioned, this time focusing on the best scented varieties. I’ve followed this podcast since its beginning and have gone back time and again to listen to my favorite topics. Precise, fresh, and always kind and thoughtful, this is one of the best gardening podcasts!
