I was listening to your a simple life- richness in presence podcast while on a walk and it really resonates with me. I have hustled my whole life and often my husband has to remind me to be present in the moment. You were talking about buying chopped onions at 4 times the price because it saves me time- I have those chopped onions in my refrigerator and you’re right, I spend a lot of my time scrolling. I needed this podcast today. Thank you and I look forward to hearing your other podcasts.
