What listeners say

A curated, balanced selection of Apple Podcasts reviews.

I have been loving Dr. Tracy. I just listened to “stop sidestepping conflict.” Holy moly-this is exactly what I needed to hear. And when you say you are exactly where you need to be, it’s so accurate. I was Just looking at question cards for relationships. To get a deeper connection back with my husband. We have been together for 21 years & our kids are older now, where we find ourselves “dating again.” This episode is great to hear Dr. Tracy & her husband talk about this topic. (I love when it’s the both of them.) I am actually the avoidance once. My husband is too-but we are avoidance in different respect. Thank You for all the knowledge & making things so relatable.

Dr Tracy is the calming voice we all need as we navigate this crazy world. She offers expert insights while also remaining humble and sharing her real life examples. I’m so grateful to have found her here to provide a weekly dose of support and encouragement.

Another Podcast Mom · Feb 2025

I really appreciate the content and Dr. Tracy’s knowledge and insight on such a wide variety of topics. I just wanted to provide the feedback that the ads are so much louder than the rest of the content, I have to adjust the volume throughout. If there is a way to make things more consistent, that would be awesome!!
