As a new comics enjoyer, (past 6 months), I’ve really enjoyed the nerdy hosting pair. They’re not just DC nerds, they’re all around nerds who are extremely passionate and engaging. They have fun and rapport with the bigwigs like similar podcast hosts do not. They are relatable to a 24 year old like me who’s grown up on DC and Marvel and is just now getting into comics. They seem super knowledgeable to me, at least

Really enjoy the episodes with the cast talking behind the scenes (ie james Gunn, Agee, Holland, etc). Hearing them talk about making the show is so entertaining and fun. Their passion for this show and their characters really shines through. The problem are the other hosts. I tried to listen to the podcasts on peacemaker with the other non cast hosts and couldn’t make it through one episode. They just don’t have the same charm, experiential knowledge or voices to make a podcast engaging

I wanted to wait until Peacemaker S2 wrapped up to write a review, only to find that the podcast itself was wrapping up until 2026.
Frankey, thank you for being *fantastic* in each episode and holding firm on your mind’s eye version of farm life LOL Your insistence on highlighting lesser heard voices was appreciated 🙋🏻♂️
Tyler, your endeavors to gain as much comic knowledge as you could, along with adding movie/tv history and facts, added a voice of eager willingness to the proceedings. Much respect for coming from a place of little comic knowledge and acquitting yourself like a true pro.
Coy, I have a student (I’m a HS Japanese teacher) who started working out a year ago and is now a gym rat, and also loves comics. I’m sending him to all your socials. Thank you for guiding me on an incredible tour through your DC Universe Infinite recs and reviews. Your heart shines through your (sometimes complex) interview questions, and your passion is infectious (clearly to your cohosts as well).

It’s a shame because this show does warrant a great companion podcast but this is so cringey and shallow. It’s cool they get actors to do interviews but what’s the point when they ask the dumbest press junket questions about nothing? I’ve heard Ify be funny before but seems like they are forcing him to be corny here. I wish HBO had outsourced to any of the thousands of great pop culture podcasters who could’ve done it justice and gave them the press and access to the actors instead.

The hosts have no chemistry, half the time their awkwardly laughing over each other, and the the questions they have for their guests just seem made up on the spot. I’ve made it an episode and a half in and it’s almost unlistenable. Love peacemaker and was hoping for some behind the scenes and good interviews this podcast is barely a fan show that wasn’t done well.
