Thank you for recommending The Gilded Age. I was listening to this on The Good Pod feed and listening to how much you enjoy this show I had to check it out. The Gilded Age production should send you a thank you gift if a fourth season is pick up. Perhaps Jack’s 2 prototype alarm clocks? Thank you for your discussion of the Mrs. Kirkland against Peggy for her son situation. I thought that when Mrs. Kirkland told her grandchildren to take an umbrella was like your Mom telling you to put on sunscreen. Also, when Peggy commented about being the wrong color I was like, Peggy are you seeing some white guy we don’t know about? I’m not sure about Marian & Larry courtship. I want them to be endgame but Marian never ever said that she loved him. Not even when he proposed and said that he loved her. That’s a bad sign. If I were Larry I wouldn’t concentrate on the yes and not ask, hey do you love me? Besides, I have a sneaking suspicion that Bertha had her sights set on that banker’s daughter (who she thought was competition for the duke) for Larry. Can’t wait for Sunday. Keep up the good work!
