What listeners say

A curated, balanced selection of Apple Podcasts reviews.

You can tell how much effort goes into this podcast. The storytelling is rich, and the details are fleshed out. Very useful for future campaigns of D&D, and storytelling in general.

Kaiouforever · May 2026

If you are a fan of D&D looking to learn more about the lore or just a fan of good fantasy storytelling, this is the podcast for you. The information is presented in a compelling and narratively interesting format. You’ll be entertained for hours.

Beedrill15 · Apr 2026

This lorecast is amazing, I love how it goes through the lore as if it was actively happening instead of just saying the mechanics and that stuff. I think it would be cool if there was an episode about Netheril or Sigil/the Lady of Pain.

Calder Elderberry · Apr 2026

I couldn’t praise this podcast enough. When I first started researching D&D lore a few years ago I would’ve loved this show but unfortunately I was a bit too early to have it then. Even still, I think the methods they use to present the information is perfect because it’s a mix of specific facts you don’t really need to know but are fun, and the general information/stories that inform you on how to run monsters and NPCs in a way that captures their intended vibe. Every video is a banger and I frequently rewatch some of them(the Vecna videos especially).
