X-Men: The Audio Drama - Podcast Rankings and reviews

I don’t often take a minute to write reviews, but this is an awesome labor of love. I worked through the entire first season over my long weekend drive. I honestly didn’t even realize it wasn’t official (which is a good thing, they’re allowed more freedom that way. Unofficial doesn’t mean not faithful) until I was halfway through the first season. Excellent voice work and storytelling! Faithful while putting their own twist on things. Anyone hurting for some terrific X-Men storytelling while waiting for the second season of ‘97 should give this a try. One episode in and you’ll be hooked!

I read most of these stories several times since the 80’s when I first started collecting X-Men - great performances, and I thought the way they streamlined multiple issues into one or two podcasts was great. Good choice of voices for the most part, and the way they explain action and environment makes it easy to visualize what’s going on. All-in-all an excellent podcast.

I’m all caught up, and it was an enjoyable ride!

I am a big fan of audiobooks and comic books. This is a perfect marriage between the two. Great sound effects, acting, and writing. Really enjoying this!
