BJ H is my favorite podcast. I have listened to almost all his episodes (I'm not a fan of the Wodehouse ones because i love the British tv episodes of them). BJ. 's selection of stories are fabulous. His delivery is perfection. I check every day hoping for a new one and hang on his pirate episodes. Brilliant, wonderful podcast! Top tier! Abigail in Vermont

I have been listening to BJ for more than eight years. He has kept me company on my two hour daily commute. The ability for him to modulate his voice, taking on each character in an different voice brings the stories to life. If you have not listened to him, give it a try you will become hooked as I have.

amazing!! the way he reads makes the book interesting and funny. each of the voices he uses are different and sound real, as well as being perfectly consistent! very impressed

The stories he chooses are ok (too many dead white guys) & his voice is good, if you want to use this podcast to fall asleep. However I listen to podcasts at work & would like to enjoy them. I’ve subscribed a couple of times only to unsubscribe again. Because his voice is so even, I ended up not really remembering the story he just read. It was too easy to tune out & that’s not what I want.

Great narration of storylines that are free for use in the public domain, excellent for going to sleep by. But not worth $8 a month, and now rendered un-listenable (or sleep approachable) by a plethora of loud, obnoxious advertising. Don't bother.
