I was introduced to this podcast by a coworker. The very first published podcast alone completely changed the way I approached my job in community corrections.

I liked to think I was very fair and even in my approach to my employment but the podcast’s topics have helped me realize there is so much more to consider. This podcast should be mandatory listening/training material for all criminal justice and social justice professionals.
