What listeners say

A curated, balanced selection of Apple Podcasts reviews.

This has been my favorite podcast for many years because it takes so many concepts in trying to become a better person—socially, career-wise, relationship-wise—and distills it down to easy ideas that you can use in your own life. I think the differentiating factor between Jordan's podcast, and other podcasts that offer some form of aid in growth, is that they always stay on topic, and Jordan does research on the interviewer and the books before every interview, so he has a very good understanding of where the author/interviewer is coming from. Additionally, Jordan and his team provide notes and worksheets from each episode, so you have practical takeaways from each episode for any area of life that you would want to improve. It's not an overstatement to say that listening to this podcast has changed the course of my life. I started listening when I was a teenager and had trouble making friends in high school. I started first to learn about body language and how to make memorable impressions on new people, which gave me confidence going into college. Now, in my early 30s, I have a career in Engineering, but have found the lessons from this podcast really ring true; your network makes all the difference in where you can go, and how well you can do. And when you are at the top of your field, where everyone works as hard as you do, the real difference that makes you stand out is both who you are as a person—your values coupled with your interpersonal skills—and your network. With over 1000+ episodes now, I can guarantee you will find a topic that interests you and a valuable takeaway. Jordan, Jen, Gabe, and the rest of his team put a lot of effort into their (free!) content that has built up from their years of experience that anyone/everyone could benefit from.

Jordan Harbinger's podcast is in a league of its own. With exceptional interviewing skills, dynamic conversations, and mind-expanding topics, Jordan consistently delivers episodes that are as engaging as they are thought-provoking. His authenticity shines through, making every moment feel personal and impactful. One of my favorite segments is Feedback Friday, which always leaves me laughing—especially when "Dark Jordan" makes an appearance. Gabe's bougie tastes, yoga love, and signature long sign-offs add even more charm to the show. Another standout feature is Jordan's commitment to staying relevant while steering clear of divisive politics. He tackles global issues and today's challenges with nuance, keeping the content accessible and relatable. A few of my favorite episodes include his interviews with James Sexton (the divorce lawyer), The Hidden City in the jungle, the Darknet Diaries episode, and a recent interview of Jordan with Ali Abdaal. Of course, Jordan's own origin story is a must-listen. These episodes exemplify the podcast's range, from deep dives into practical life skills to fascinating explorations of the unknown. What sets Jordan apart is his unmatched dedication to preparation. He reads extensively before each interview, often multiple books by his guests, resulting in conversations that are not only engaging but uniquely insightful. This level of effort creates a profound connection with his audience, and every episode is packed with wisdom and actionable takeaways. As a longtime listener, my goal is to hear every episode, and I'm proud to say I'm about halfway there. I never miss a new release and often find myself revisiting older gems. The tagline "real. intelligent. talk." couldn't be more accurate. Jordan and his incredible team go above and beyond to serve their audience. They are a true gift to the world, and I am deeply grateful for their hard work. Listening to this podcast has profoundly impacted my life—cultivating a growth mindset, inspiring constant learning, and providing practical tools for self-improvement. Thank you, Jordan, Gabe, and the entire team, for your tireless dedication and exceptional service. This podcast is a must for anyone who loves learning and meaningful conversation. Bravo! 👏

The Jordan Harbinger Show consistently delivers high-quality interviews with a diverse range of fascinating guests. From world-renowned experts and authors to successful entrepreneurs and former spies, Harbinger casts a wide net, ensuring listeners are exposed to a variety of perspectives and experiences. One of the show's strengths lies in Dr. Harbinger's meticulous preparation. It's evident that he thoroughly researches each guest and their work, allowing him to ask insightful and probing questions that delve deep into their stories and expertise. This level of preparation fosters engaging conversations that are both informative and entertaining. While the show's broad scope may appeal to some, others might find the sheer variety overwhelming. However, the podcast's extensive show notes and episode guides provide valuable context and resources for listeners to further explore topics that pique their interest. Overall, The Jordan Harbinger Show is a valuable resource for anyone seeking to expand their knowledge, gain new perspectives, and learn from the experiences of others.

I love listening to the Jordan Harbinger show. I love how well prepared he is for every show and the range of guests he has is remarkable. I love how he is open minded and yet has strong opinions. He speaks his truth but isn’t afraid to have that truth challenged. If you are interested in learning instead of being manipulated into a certain narrative, the Jordan Harbinger show is for you! Feedback Friday is also very informative. Gabe and Jordan are so considerate and loving yet also direct and pragmatic. As more people tune in to and listen to Jordan and Gabe your knowledge and relationships will improve and your community and the world around you will be a better place!
