I’ve been listening to Seth for a few months. I really appreciate his approach to guarding against tribalism. I appreciate how he doesn’t have to drop curse words to make a point. I’ve always thought it was an unimaginative screenwriter who had to drop F bombs to fill movie scripts, for example. Seth is credible because he knows when to turn up the heat and when doing so would just lead to more useless tribalism. I am Seth’s age and can say we share quite a few similarities in our lives. It’s almost eerie, frankly. Someone needed to replace Hitchens, et al. Seth is my choice. He’s fair, very human and always right. Looking forward to my winter of life and religious baggage being assuaged by the likes of Seth. A forever listener I am. Go Seth.

My absolute favorite podcast! Tuesday morning is the best because of this podcast. Born and raised in Tulsa – so it’s really nice to hear him. Mention places I know first hand! I come from an ultra Methodist family, and almost every topic can be paralleled in my own life! He gives a very detailed perspective into the life of an ex Christian. Certainly would recommend!

I started listening to TheThinkingAtheist to kill time during my 60 min commute. But I have found Seth so entertaining that I have shared several episodes with my family, and they are now fans, too!
My children now request this, or the TrueStories podcast, when we are traveling together. It helps that my ten year old often cracks hilarious jokes about how ridiculous religion is, which we can’t help but laugh out loud at, despite whispering to him, “Maybe not here!”
He’ll learn! Figuring out where and with whom to share atheist attitudes is a part of growing up, and Seth is a good model for that kind of social skill, too! At my house? Bring it on! But maybe not in line at Wal-Mart.
Oh, Seth, thank you for offering humorous and well considered dialogue on a subject that has increasing relevance as religion encroaches, Iran-like, on every aspect of our lives.
Jesus Roller Skates?! Not yet, but maybe soon. Give them time, and bowling will be Christian, too. There are Ten Frames! Eh? Eh?
