Thank you, really, for this very timely and informative story of her grandfather who survived Pearl Harbor. This was especially helpful for me as my uncle was also a survivor. He was not injured because he was not on the ships. He was Army stationed at Scoffield Barracks on Oahu near the harbor. Like many war survivors he did not talk about it much.

Another inspiring and Historical listen.
Within the first 4 minutes, I immediately went to Audible and downloaded the book, All The Gallant Men. It is such an important book to read or listen to. That generation just never boasted about what they did. We have already lost most of them, I am thankful everyday for what they did.

Can’t wait till your next book😁 The show reminds me of listening to Paul Harvey with my grandpa in his business. My gramps was hands on and handy with tools. He was a WWII vet and built his own house after the war. The memories of my grandpa reminds me of the relationship you had with yours. I love the conversations you have with your guests and I love you passion for the trades. I’m a retired special ed teacher and it gave me great joy seeing a lot of my very capable students peruse the trades. Keep up the great work you do!
