more awareness to the horrific effects of colonialism and the severity of MMIW and MMIP. Most importantly showing the connectedness, joy, and empowerment of Indigenous communities. One of the most impactful shows and podcasts I’ve experienced.

It’s not an exaggeration to say that this show and podcast changed me. The creators have made something important, indelible, and incredibly entertaining all at once. The podcast added so much to my experience, and I can’t recommend it highly enough.

A wonderful balance of show commentary, actor insights and education about the issues facing indigenous people in Alaska. So incredibly moving, stirring, thought-provoking… can’t find the right words but well worth the listen.

I initially watched the show and then heard about the podcast. I rewatched the show as I listened to each podcast episode. I loved the insightfulness from the director, the actors and the host. It gave me a deeper appreciation for all aspects of the show, it was fantastic.
