I have loved this podcast for a while and always enjoy listening to it. It’s one of my all-time favorites. Kara and Liza are knowledgeable and really funny and make it look effortless. If you enjoy their dynamic and personalities as much as I do, look for their unrelated Patreon; it’s a real treat! Love that they’re smart, creative, and anti-AI. Update: I’m still obsessed with these queens, and my one and only note is to please not continue to stay silent on Palestine in 2026!

Easily 5 stars. I love comedy and I love SVU so this is the show for me. Hosts Liza and Kara always have the correct beliefs when it comes to conversations on humanity and I love how unafraid they are to share those beliefs. And as someone who was never a Taylor fan, I’m enjoying no longer having to hear Liza fangirl over her now that she has realized what I’ve already intuitively known about that lady lol. Would still be a listener regardless because this show is everything I enjoy.

I don’t even watch Law & Order: SVU but I love Kara and Liza. They’re so funny and I never get tired of hearing about Liza’s many obsessions (Taylor Swift, Soul Cycle, Heated Rivalry, Simpsons, etc) and Kara’s quirky kids and bicoastal life. Don’t listen to the haters guys I love the 30 min intros!!! I feel like a lot of other pods I used to love have started to phone it in so S/O to Kara and Liza for never missing a week and doing all their own research! 5 stars, please never stop doing what you’re doing.

6/7 update: Look I really liked this podcast at the beginning. And I still like Kara. But it’s getting more obvious that Liza’s smoking is impacting the quality of the podcast. I had suspected she was high recording for a while but she just confirmed it on the pod. I have no problem with people doing what they say but One of the questions about whether you have an issue with substances is whether it impacts your job. And it’s starting to - she spaces, she interrupts, randomly changes topics, etc. I’m at the point where I may have to stop listening bc no matter how much I love Kara and the concept - it’s getting unbearable. Original: I like this podcast a lot. Been a listener from Day 1 but the Liza’s interruptions have gotten worse. I really noticed it in the most recent episode. During the interview with the guest David Krumholtz - Kara was asking a question, he began to answer and Liza jumped in with a different question. This happened at least 2 times. I get when it’s the two of them, but to do that with a guest?

I have listened to this podcast from day one and it is always been one of my favorites since it came out. However, Liza’s verbal assault on those listeners that don’t happen to align with her politically following the election has made me stop listening. Her reaction was akin to a toddler having a temper tantrum because they didn’t get their way. It came across very hypocritical as frequently they speak of being tolerant and all inclusive and she was anything but. To say that people voted for lower egg prices just shows their ignorance. Sorry to say that I won’t be able to listen anymore.
