Sip, stay, and let’s get into it!

Kaitlyn is a great podcaster. Love the variety of guests, the different genres, ages, backgrounds, etc. doesn’t get political, shares her personal opinion on things in a respectful, honest way- overall great listen

Steph L.P · Aug 2026

Always been a fan Kaitlyn and liked the podcast for years, but I just feel like it’s not evolving.. or I am just out growing it. It is all reality stars and their online bulling, social media, and the same convo over and over and over again. You can relate once and while— but some conversations are also okay to have offline or cut out. It’s about the convo but have to consider fans are listening with their limited time. I know it may need some attention but it’s just WAY too much. I like the deeper convos— like with Blair. Most interviews are very agreeable or surface level. I keep trying and then turn it off and move along because it feels like a no substance or humor. Same convos. We need more Fun, comedic, unique, cool topics, silly woowoo stuff. Feel bad saying anything negative but I think it’s important to hear all feedback.

This is my dose of joy. Even when the topics go deep, Kaitlyn never fails to leave me with a smile on my face. I appreciate her boldness to tell it like it is and share what’s going on with her life. Her conversations feel like I’m eavesdropping on friends having a slumber party am I’m hiding behind the couch. Whenever I get my invite to the party, I’ll be there in a hot second with my pjs and wine glass in hand!!!

Kaitlyn brings the perfect blend of humor and heart. Every episode has a takeaway, which I appreciate! If you want to laugh and learn something hit play

Lucy M.P · Jul 2024

I like Kaitlyn and I think she has good intentions. I’ve followed her journey for some time and decided to give her podcast a try for the first time. I listened to the interview with Cheryl Burke and had to turn it off mid-way through. Cheryl is such an interesting person but we barely got to hear her speak! Kaitlyn kept interrupting and/or trying to relate to what Cheryl was saying, thereby turning the conversation back to herself. As an interviewer, Kaitlyn’s questions are not clear, and she does not ask follow-up questions. There were many points where Cheryl had to clarify what Kaitlyn was even asking. Difficult to listen to, unfortunately.

Morg99p · Apr 2026

Update: 2.27.26 Can’t seem to come back from that old tell-all episode. It felt like such a betrayal to friends and fans both. This episode was hard to listen to. Hearing Kaitlyn speak so harshly about people who clearly loved her—Lo and Jason—was heartbreaking. It felt like their care is being rewritten as harm, and that pain is being projected instead of processed. The tone wasn’t healing—it was just deeply sad.
