Kyle brings a refreshing, honest, and incredibly human voice to the mic. You can tell he’s spent years behind the scenes — the questions go deeper, the conversations flow naturally, and nothing feels rushed or superficial. It’s funny, it’s raw, it’s thoughtful, and sometimes it’s exactly the perspective you didn’t know you needed. Whether he’s talking with close friends or guests, there’s always something real to take away. Can’t wait to hear more!

Kyle is such a wise soul, it’s hard to believe he’s a decade younger than I or two decades younger than his most recent guest I’ve just listened to, Dan Savage.
He is always extraordinarily well prepared and thoughtful. I’ve noticed his guests often comment that he’s just asked a question they’ve never been asked, and it’s pretty delicious to witness their rumination as they land on a response.
I’m astonished it took me so long to find this podcast. The overlap in his and my interests is vast. Certainly many gay men who came up in the 70s, 80s, & 90s will find something relatable here. But I genuinely think anyone interested in getting to know someone who seems sweet, insightful, and sharply observant will find every episode a delight & will likely find themselves smiling too.

I found Kyle’s podcast through what I like to call my “marvel universe” of podcasts (fellow cookie from the Cookie Chat- IYKYK) and I’m just so glad I did! Kyle- your interviewing skills are my cup of tea. I love your questions and how you engage with your guests. The conversations are truly delightful and you have such a soothing voice. I have quite a lot to catch up on but if anyone needs a recommendation- I absolutely love the Jessica St Clair (again: that marvel podcast universe!) episode and then to be able to follow it with the Lennon episode?! Chefs kiss! Also writing this review after listening to Guy Branum’s episode and that was a fabulous listen. Cant wait to listen to more! Thank you, Kyle, for the wonderful moment of zen your podcast provides.

I really enjoy Kyle’s interview style - he does his research, shares his own personal experiences, and does a great job connecting with each guest. Particularly enjoyed the Dan Savage episode.
