The honorable Judge Marilyn Milian presides over the four-time Emmy award winning "The People’s Court." For more than two decades, Milian has dispensed justice and provided legal insight in the courtroom where justice and reality collide. And now, you can take the show on the go with "The People’s Court Podcast." "The People’s Court Podcast" draws on ordinary people who have filed grievances in civil court and have opted to have their cases heard and mediated by Judge Milian. Running the gamut from disputes between neighbors and family members, to dissatisfied customers suing businesses, Milian's decisions – based on current law – are final and binding. Joining Milian is multiple Emmy Award-winning investigative reporter Harvey Levin, who serves as the series’ host and legal reporter. In the courtroom, Milian is joined by court officer Douglas McIntosh. Doug Llewelyn interviews litigants after a decision has been rendered in their cases.

Longtime fan of the syndicated show, so naturally it continues to the podcast. I walk my dog while listening, often I’ll find myself reacting out loud lol I love the judge and her compassion, humor, and just an amazing attitude. Many thanks and much love for years of educating people the law and how it all works!
Great addition adding the "after the verdict" segment with Judge Milian and her husband discussing the verdict because I have often wondered if he ever disagreed with her verdicts. In at least one instance, he has admitted to seeing it differently than she ruled which is an interesting dynamic to hear how they both arrived at their conclusions.
I knew I loved this podcast but it took till now , episode 74, for me to realize exactly why… Not only does this judge have an obvious respect for the law and a commitment to making the correct rulings but in the process of doing so she is making sure there is a peaceful and respectful outcome. She always does her best to explain, to both sides, the reasonings for her rulings. It is apparent that she loves what she does.I admire and respect you.
Dropped satellite and have been missing my people’s court! Absolutely love Judge Milian, so excited to find the show in a podcast format!
