If you’re a fan of old movies, TV and comedy, this show is a must! Even when you think you don’t know the guest, you will be fascinated with the back stories. And of course, the hilarious Gilbert! His wit is unbelievable and his laugh is contagious! One of my favorite podcasts! Highly recommended!

Losing Gilbert was terribly difficult for fans and those of us who looked forward to every new episode with Frank. The duo was unbeatable with their ability to recall minutia I assumed only I remembered. We are fortunate to have these episodes for eternity and can laugh again as Gilbert sings and cracks jokes and so many amazing guests regal us with wonderful stories. For anyone who loves well, laughter, movies, TV and music, this is the podcast for you. Every episode brings the funny. We love you Gilbert, and you too Frank. Thanks for so much.

I started listening to this wonderful podcast when he was alive (I was late to it) and since he left us I resolved to start at episode 1 and listen to all of them in order. A long story short. I originally listened due to a specific guest. I found it very entertaining, so I added the show to my subscription. Absolutely fell in love with the style and the classic artists and stars of yesterday. Then the sudden blow when Gilbert suddenly passed away. I have since decided to go all the way back to the first podcast and listen to them all in order! Truly the funniest podcast out there. Belly Laughs are plentiful. We need to convince Frank to carry on with the format, because a lot of these stars are long forgotten or sadly now appearing in Heaven.
