Great show with lots of valuable information and fantastic guests. If you’re a Customer Success professional or involved in SaaS in some capacity, you should be listening to this.

My only complaint is the 6+ minutes of ad content at the beginning and end. This feels like just wasted minutes I always skip. And intro and outro is fine, but I’d much prefer short, 30-70 second breaks during the podcast itself.

Each podcast is packed with insights I do not get anywhere else. The podcast format introduces interactivity in a way that business books simply cannot. The length and editing are well done, and the guests - the real focus - are outstanding.

The content is good and the speakers are interesting. But for a podcast of this caliber, the audio quality of the guests is very poor, which makes it sometimes impossible to understand anything.
