Join Varian, Isra and Ren as they battle to maintain every ounce of their humanity against a despotic regime determined to turn them into monsters. As prototype enhanced soldiers they have been raised in the lab and on the training quad, and now it’s time to unleash them on the world. Their adopted father, President of the Dex Industries weapons corporation and the newly formed Dex Island nation, uses every asset at his disposal to steer world politics… but some assets are easier to control than others. Beyond the borders of Dex Island, Varian, Isra and Ren discover new dangers… and new levels of freedom. The Dex Legacy is an award-winning full cast audio drama written by Emily Inkpen and produced by Alternative Stories. Website: thedexlegacy.com

Well written, solid sound design, production and love the actors. Story moves well. I wish I could opt out of the very disruptive commercials. I feel so brainwashed and distracted with how they are placed and are nearly half the air time in sum. But the story and team is really good.

I've very much enjoyed listening to both seasons of The Dex Legacy. What has especially impressed me is the interesting character development that causes you to speculate about deeper things once the episodes conclude. Without giving anything away, I will say that I've contemplated subjects such as the existance of morality in a world of no morals, the line between machine and human, and the reasons why, when all hope is gone, some choose to fight and some choose to surrender. Looking forward to season three!

The unique voices draw you into the storyline and the sound FX give a full immersive experience. I love the drama and ruthless characters in their toxic environment as it’s eerily true to what I see today. Also has a good balance of action, drama and a bit of humor

A thought-provoking show that reels you in with captivating performances, exquisite editing, and brilliant writing. The cast has a beautiful balance of voices, making each character easily identifiable, and each actor delivers a natural, nuanced performance. For such an expansive universe, the writing is grounded in human experiences. I really felt the characters' efforts to be at their best, whatever that means to them, in such an all-encompassing, immoral work environment. I can't wait to see where this show goes!
