As a baby queer (at 54 lol), I am so glad shows like this exist in this day and age.

Think of ALL the suffering people have endured for ages at the hands of “Christianity” and were ostracized and left the church because of the awful treatment…the opposite of what Christ would want.

We NEED voices like the hosts and guests on Second Sunday to help people know they are not alone, they are NOT less in Christ’s eyes, and there is hope.

Times are changing..slowly…but changing and this show is absolutely a part of it.

There’s a long standing history of miss treatment of the LGBTQ community from inside the church and I love that Second Sunday shows how anti Christian that behavior is.

What ever your religious beliefs are you should be able to be yourself and feel safe inside your places of worship. The team at Second Sunday is doing amazing work.

I love the stories shared in this podcast. They are real and share a side of religion that I wish I experienced when I was younger. Thank you for bringing this to life.
