What listeners say

A curated, balanced selection of Apple Podcasts reviews.

It has been a blessing to have John MacArthur as a faithful Bible teacher and expositor all these years—he only desires to point people to the Savior and to build up the church.

Delivryman · Dec 2024

I received the MacArthur study Bible for my birthday (NKJV in the blue leather) and it is amazing. Not only is it lovely but there is practically a reference for every verse along with numerous maps, charts, background info, historical and theological themes and much more. I highly encourage anyone looking for a new Bible or reference material to purchase the MacArthur Study Bible!

TracyJ👩🏼‍🍳 · Oct 2024

I have listen to a Pastor John MacArthur’s sermons for 26 years this Aug/Sept 2024 since the Lord saved me. There has never been a time that I have listened to a sermon, and have not been encouraged to live the Christian life! He is without a doubt, my favorite pastor since being saved. He’s extremely practical, easy to listen to, and gives such insight to every sermon to help the listener (me) grow in my faith in the Lord Jesus Christ. His podcast are absolutely exceptional. I listen to them every day as I wake up in the morning and to the office. I listen to both Pastor John MacArthur and Dr. Albert Mohler every day. The wisdom and knowledge has helped me to grow in my understanding of the gospel, who Jesus Christ is, my role as a Christian, husband, father, brother in the Lord, business man, coach, friend, and over coming sin in my life. Thank you Pastor MacArthur for ALL you have done to help me live a fulfilled Christian life.

Disciple Troy · May 2024

You are not going to find more solid exposition of the Word of God, than from John MacArthur. I encourage you, wholeheartedly, to make this part of your daily podcast listening. Your eyes will be opened to the spiritual truths in the Bible and lead you on a more perfect path as you walk with Christ.

ChicagoCarolanne · Dec 2023

I love John MacArthur, but this podcast is edited horribly. Why are there such long pauses after literally *every* statement he makes?? He didn’t do them live—these pauses are being added in post. I can’t even get through two minutes without turning it off, the pauses are so unnecessary and annoying.
