These two seem to have a great relationship and great chemistry that mixes education with comedy. I love learning something from Sydney while also listening to Justin make dumb jokes. One of my favorite podcasts to listen to. Learn something new every episode!
This podcast is very well done. It delivers medical history in a fun, family friendly way, and is very funny. As a 9 year old I love it and there are so many cool things to learn about.
Initially I started listening for the funny delivery of interesting medical history but as I’ve listened and time has passed I find myself so heartwarmed by them and their care for others and interest in community health and well-being. Their clear and cogent understanding of the intersection of politics and science are welcome and reaffirming.
The hosts are charismatic and it’s an easy listen podcast. However, Dr. Sydnee will often speak confidently about topics in which she clearly has no expertise or sufficient research. For every 30 min podcast, about 25 minutes of it is broadly speculation, advertisement, and Sydnee virtue-signaling about social issues. This podcast is great if you don’t have any medical/biological background and are looking for a good way to tune out for 30 minutes under the auspices of listening to something semi-educational.
You should clearly state multiple times in your broadcast that you are clearly giving your opinions and nothing else. Your episode on Project 2025 is complete opinion but you’re stating it as though it’s government mandate. You began your show stating you didn’t want to create fear, but that’s exactly what you’re doing, just wait and see what happens before talking about it. Why do you talk about big government as it relates to the Republican Party? The Republican party is for smaller government, less regulation. Democrat party are for big government control through regulations. Part of less government regulation involves abortion going back to the states where local people decide what’s best for them. There will be no Federal abortion ban as that would be more federal control not less. I like listening to your show because most of the time it’s light but you’ve just gone way overboard with this broadcast. Keep your politics to yourself.
