What listeners say

A curated, balanced selection of Apple Podcasts reviews.

What a fantastic episode! Art used to be fun until it became a chore to prove my worth, to impress others. Antrese is so right that I need to go back to that place of joy, to do art solely for me. This podcast is vital “art therapy “!

SaltandPepper63 · May 2026

Years ago when the Savvy Painter started I would listen while painting in my studio and loved the range of painters Antrese interviewed. One thing that stood out was that she was always in dialogue with these artist, so the conversations felt real and heartfelt. Fast forward many years and I found the podcast again last spring. The evolution Antrese made into coaching artists was exactly what I needed as I now have 3 children and stepped away from painting for many years. It’s not an exaggeration to say that Antrese and the Savvy Painter Podcast has become a lifeline for me, helping me find my way back into my own creative life. I am now in Growth Studio and can attest that it is everything Antrese describes. I am so grateful for what you have created Antrese! You are a light in this world.

Gabriella Soraci · Jan 2026

I’m just returning to painting and Antrese is so encouraging! She shares plenty of helpful information. I particularly enjoyed her replay of the round tables. Everyone talked so candidly that I could connect with each. Super encouraging!!

Low Carb ASM · Jan 2026

I discovered this podcast in the last month and it has been exactly what I need! Antrese explains and helps put into words so much of what is happening on a subconscious level when making new work. I have had a several different lightbulbs go off as to why I keeping repeating certain patterns in my work that are keeping me stuck. She is encouraging while also challenging ; urging you to get moving as there are things you can only learn by finishing your painting. I’m totally hooked and incredibly grateful to have found this podcast!
