Congratulations to Amanda Wais on the launch of the Sales Savvy Author Podcast! I just downloaded the eight-episode launch and am looking forward to listening. As an author and entrepreneur, I appreciate conversations that recognize an important truth: writing the book is only part of the journey. Authors also have to learn how to market their work, connect with the right audience, build visibility, and confidently navigate the business side of authorship. I’m excited to hear Amanda’s perspective and the insights shared through Sales Savvy Author. This is a timely resource for authors who are ready to think beyond publication and become more intentional about building momentum around their books and their message. Congratulations, Amanda, on bringing this podcast to life. I’m looking forward to the journey
Amanda walks you through every step in writing your story and getting it out there! There’s no one better to support you in accomplishing your writing dream!
This podcast is going to be an excellent resource for writers. It is clear that Amanda has the knowledge and experience to think through the needs of authors and then to introduce her listeners to helpful/meaningful information. The episodes are concise and enjoyable. I appreciate how Amanda gets right to the point!
Gaining audience awareness of a new book has to be one of the more difficult tasks for new authors. As a veteran of the consumer products industry, I was surprised to see the parallels between the book and product worlds (although in retrospect, I shouldn’t be so surprised). This pod cuts to the insightful and proven techniques that shape the success of any launch, book or product. The guests speak to their own individual experience, bringing their frameworks to your mindset in easy to consume 10-minute sessions. I especially liked episode 1’s “Do it Afraid” messaging where we hear about the importance of being uncomfortable, and episode 2’s framework for customer experience through the “Build the room before you sell the door” approach. Amanda does a great job hosting, being curious about the guest’s expertise, and bringing a precise level of empathy and passion to the conversation. I’m looking forward to following along on the journey and I have to say that inspiration to write my own book is growing with each episode.
