Hosted by two cool reality TV producers, Reality Bites offers unmatched BTS insights into the reality TV world. What truly sets it apart is how Morgan and Lauren, who are also an adorable queer couple (we need more representation!), tackle mental health with raw, honest, and deeply relatable discussions. While many touch on the topic, no one peels back the layers like they do.

Their openness about personal struggles is inspiring and empowering, reminding us of the importance of these conversations. It’s refreshing to see producers so transparent, breaking the illusion of constant glitz and showing the realities of the hustle.

Thank you for your courage and honesty—it’s a game-changer. Never stop being exactly who you are!

Way to go Lauren 👏🏼 This podcast on Blake and Baldoni is doing something special—covering their careers with a depth no one else is. Lauren and Morgan bring fresh insights and manage to uncover angles that aren't discussed anywhere else. It's the perfect blend of professional analysis and peak behind the machine. If you're looking for a truly unique take on Blake and Baldoni, this is the podcast you need to be listening to.

This last episode was fantastic. Morgan was giving Barbra Walter’s energy. You could tell they actually read up on the story. I appreciate the different perspective provided. In a time where people just agree with the masses because it’s the safe thing to do. The ladies really went out and shone light on something many people know nothing about. I shared the latest episode with my colleagues and they agree that Morgan’s deep dive was fantastic. Morgan and Lauren, thank you for always providing a safe space to discuss different ideas. As a black woman this means everything. I love the podcast, keep up the great work!

Love their takes even if I’m not watching the show that they are speaking on. Their POV is different than any other pod out there and frankly we are all lucky to have this content!

This was one of my favorite podcasts for a long time but it has just become so inconsistent with release of episodes and host participation. I understand life happens but it just feels like there’s a new reason it’s Morgan solo every week. This week it was Lauren lost her voice but then she over shares a long story about how it’s actually that Austen upset her. Which is it?

I understand having a premium channel and I happily paid for it, but shows that are supposed to be covered on the premium (RHONY) now aren’t getting covered, or are only sporadic or aren’t even actual recaps. You keep saying that’s because the show is in such trouble, but if you commit to covering it for the premium channel then cover it when people sign up for it.

Also, you guys are not mental health professionals and sometimes the attempt at armchair diagnosis and preachiness becomes a bit too much and is frankly offensive.

I have enjoyed listening to Reality Bites for years and used to be a Patreon member. That said it was definitely better before Betsy left the show. Morgan is delightful and has a great insight into reality television as an EP and showrunner. The show overall has lost its mission and turned into a chaotic mess that many times turns into more of a venting session rather than a recap. I will keep checking in to see if it gets back on course because when it’s good, it’s great but when it’s bad, it’s awful.
