I own 18 buy n hold properties and listen to every episode on this podcast on my runs. By far the best RE podcast (and I listen to a lot! Lol) and very informative of not only what’s going on with the RE market, but the economy as a whole which ultimately affects real estate.

Generally, I think there are interesting concepts being talked about but between the poor audio as well as the disorganized discussion, it's very hard to enjoy any of it. It feels like this show has no idea what it's doing - stocks one day and then a property case study another day. Hope the host sees this comment!

Love the content, and how often it’s put out.
BUT the talking volume is half the volume of the intro. So I turn it up super loud, and as soon as the next episode plays it nearly rips my head off.
Won’t subscribe because of this. Easily fixable by the creator but he’s too lazy.
